Jazmín grew up in the relatively conservative, Catholic-influenced environment of Paraguay. She was a fashion editor in her home country, before moving to London. Jazmín embraces the contradictions within bisexuality, as well as in her own style. She is a PhD candidate at King’s College London, working on research about Paraguayan fashion and craft.

I was dating this person, and I would wear these floral dresses. She said jokingly, “I would have never thought you were bisexual if I saw you on the street dressed like that”, and then I put my boots on and she said, ”Oh, yeah, now you're bisexual”.
